1 Fill out the order form

Fill out the order form for turbocharger pickup at the bottom of the page. Please include:

• First and last name
• Address for package pickup
• Phone number and email
• Vehicle type / turbocharger part no. (if known)
• Required service: repair / overhaul / modification (e.g., Stage 1–3)

No internet access or need advice? Call us — we’ll create your order over the phone.

2 Packaging the turbocharger

Carefully pack the turbocharger in a sturdy box. We recommend:

• Wrapping the part in bubble wrap
• Filling the empty space in the box (e.g., with newspaper or polystyrene)
• Enclosing a note with a brief description of the fault, along with your name and phone number

Make sure the package is securely packed — the turbo must survive transport without damage!

3 Courier collection

After you place your order, we will arrange for a courier to collect it. Usually within 24–48 hours:

• No need to print a label — we’ll prepare everything for you (if this service is available in your country)
• The courier will arrive directly at the specified address (home, company, etc.)

4 Diagnostics and repair

As soon as the turbo arrives, we perform a detailed initial diagnosis. We will then contact you with a repair proposal, price, and completion date.

5 Return shipment to you

Once the repair or modification is complete, we will safely ship the turbocharger back to you:

• To your specified address
• Option to pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery
